Once you have decided what your are ordering (eg 1000 A6 cards), all you need do is proceed through to the checkout and pay. Once payment is processed you will receive an email – this email contains a link for you to upload your artwork. We then process, print and deliver your order.
Can you design my card ?
We do offer a design service, please see Giraffe Points – here
Is payment secure ?
We use PayPal to process all payments, the reason for this is security, since we believe PayPal are as secure as it gets. It costs us more to use PayPal than other payment gateways, but the added security is worth the extra. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay.

Assuming there are no problems with supplied files, from our receipt of your order & payment we despatch cards in 10 working days.
Delivery is free to mainland UK.
What is the difference between digital and litho cards ?
At Giraffecards we focus on producing a quality printed product. We offer the highest standard of both Litho and Digital printing. It is generally considered that the quality of Litho printing is better than digital and the paper stock can also be heavier (thicker). So if you are looking for a premium piece of print litho is best. However, we are using the latest digital technology which achieves remarkably good results, if you like you can request a sample pack. People tend to order digital when they want a short run of cards, eg 50 or 100. When larger numbers are required people tend to order Litho. The stock thickness can also be a deciding factor…we can print Litho onto heavier (thicker) stock.
Is what you do environmentally friendly ?
Whilst we tend not to use recycled papers, this is in fact an environmental decision. All our papers are from sustainable sources, this is often far better than using recycled paper since the chemicals used during the recycling process are very harmful.
Do I have to have the giraffecards logo on my card ?
We used to place a ‘printed by Giraffecards’ credit on the reverse of our cards as standard…but no longer. Our brand has got stronger and stronger and with it our reputation – so we no longer find it necessary to place this credit. We would of course love it if you tell everyone who printed your cards and if you don’t mind having the text “printed by giraffecards.com” written on the reverse of your card, then we will give you a further 5% off. At checkout enter the coupon code printed-by and the total will be reduced by 5%. This discount is not offered on business cards. Text is printed in 6pt Helvetica, to see an example of the credit on a vertical A6 card download our sample PDF here.
Can you colour correct / colour match my image ?
No, if you supply the artwork on disk we print the file as it is. We can not, for example, match a file to the colour of a supplied print.
Can one order be split to have many images ?
No, for example, if you order 500 A6 postcards, all 500 need to be the same. If you want 4 x 125, you will need to order 4 x 125 postcards.
Are discounts available if I order many cards?
Yes, bulk discounts are available, for example 24+ cards = 50% discount…when we say 24+ cards, this means 24 sets of cards, eg 24 x 1000 A6.
Please contact us with your requirements and we would be happy to quote.
I work on a PC, can you accept my files ?
Yes, we can accept the majority of file formats, either PC or Mac. Once you order and pay, you will receive a link to upload your artwork to. We accept Tiff, EPS, and PDF formats. Jpeg is also OK, but ensure you use minimum compression. Files should be at 300pdi.
Can the reverse of the card be written on ?
Giraffecards are meant primarily as a printed promotional card, so we do not recommend them for use with fountain pens. Most biro style pens work perfectly well with our cards.
Can I visit your office ?
Whilst we do like to be friendly, we are not set up to be a walk in office. One of the ways we manage to keep our prices low and quality so high is to run a very efficient business, where the website does much of the work…thereby offering saving back to our customers.
What is your phone number ?
